Meet Sarah

Baker, dinosaur enthusiast, and creator of prehistoric deliciousness

A Passion Born from Childhood Dreams

Sarah Martinez discovered her love for baking at age 8, when she helped her grandmother make chocolate chip cookies. But it wasn't until she combined her two greatest passions โ€“ baking and dinosaurs โ€“ that she found her true calling.

"I was that kid who had dinosaur everything," Sarah laughs. "Dinosaur backpack, dinosaur lunch box, and yes, even dinosaur-shaped cookie cutters that I convinced my mom to buy me." This childhood fascination never faded, and when Sarah decided to open her own bakery in 2019, she knew exactly what would make it special.

After graduating from the Culinary Institute with honors and working in top bakeries across the state for over 15 years, Sarah finally took the leap to open Sarah's Dino Bakery. "I wanted to create a place where kids and adults could experience the wonder and excitement I felt as a child, but through delicious baked goods."
